Challenge
IQ Biometrix, a provider of facial composite and forensic sketch-generation software used by law enforcement and investigative agencies, relied on a legacy desktop application.
The aging architecture limited deployment flexibility, increased maintenance costs, and restricted adoption in modern cloud-first environments. This created barriers to scaling the platform for new domestic and international agency customers.
A modernization strategy was required to preserve its proprietary facial reconstruction tools and extensive visual asset libraries while enabling a transition to modern web technologies.
